On this account, when I do:

* create game
* load template,
* select my only template
* customize it
* modify the number of territories
* click ok
* not save changes
* directly start the game (not going back to player selection screen)

Then the game's boot time is 5 minutes, no auto boot, no time banked (default settings ?)instead of 4 minutes, auto boot 4 miutes, 5 minutes banked (my template).

Are you sure that you didn't change the boot times or had different boot times in the template?
