How does no luck cyclic work exactly?: 8/9/2015 10:29:30

I'm probably overlooking something, but can someone tell me why I got priority over MUFF?-- We both picked Moscow as our first pick, but I got it, even though it shows his first turn speed as being faster than mine...

There is also something I don't think I fully understand about how first speed times are determined. In another game, A player that took 7 minutes to pick his territories got priority over me in Moscow, but if you look at the "Players" button in the menu, it shows his first turn speed as 50 some seconds... How is that possible?

Thanks! =]

in 1v1: you both mirror 1 2 3 4 5 6

A) (faster) get 1 4 5
B) get 2 3 6

in 3v3 assuming you all 6 mirror and where A B C play for team Alpha and D E F for team Beta.

For decide which team will get #1, you need to look at the speed of the slowest player of both team, who got faster will make his team take #1.

example: A pick in 2.01 minute, B 2.02 minute and C take 6 minute
D take 5.01 minute, E 5.02, F 5.03.

Beta get pick #1, and as D is the fast in his team, he will take #1.

So D will take #1 pick, A and B #2 #3, E and F #4 #5, C take #6.

Assuming it is 4 picks

A 2 11 14 23
B 3 10 15 22
C 6 7 18 19
D 1 12 13 24
E 4 9 16 21
F 5 8 17 20

source: – When using no-luck cyclic move order in a team game, the collective speed of the team is now the slowest player on that team instead of the average speed of the team.

Thank you for information Gnuffon. I should take notice of Blog - never read that. Seems quality info there.
For me there is also a second problem that I do not understand fully. It is the Pick cycle.

- After First pick every team will alternate between two picks. I mean Team-A takes 2 in row, then Team-B, then A etc.. alternate till the end of last territory which goes to player who got as well first.
- And last player in the cycle takes two picks in a row (like players C and D in your example)

My question is whether it is 3, 4 or more territories will the above two supposition I derived from your example apply?
And I assume it all works for multi-teams as well, because cant see any contradition or incentive to change the rules for it?
