Hi Everyone. I have decided to make a small earth promotion/relegation league, as I know there are many players out there who like to play small earth and might enjoy putting their skills to the test against others.

The games will be the same settings as coin Small Earth 1v1 games, but the league is free to enter. So consider it a good chance to practice.

The first two groups, A & B, have been drawn from a previous tournament I was involved in, but for those who would like to join, there will be 2 Qualifying groups of 10 players each.

The results of these groups will decided groups C, D, and E for next season, with the winner of each qualification group progressing directly to group B.

Small earth is pure pick lottery.

If it's same settings as the coin games, I'm up for it. Could use some practice :)

Yes, coin game settings. I'm doing it for practice too. Even on small earth, experienced players will beat newer players most of the time. I'm basing the rules on the ME league. I can only make 5 tournaments as a time though, so if more players come, I'll have to get someone else to host the additional tournaments.

Here is how Season 1 will work. Only 4 tournaments this season.

9 players in Group A. Top 6 in group stay. Bottom 3 in group get relegated to Group B.

9 players in Group B. Top 2 in group promote to Group A. Bottom 4 in group get relegated to group C.

2 Qualifying Groups. 10 players in each group. Top 1 in each group moves to group B. 2nd-3rd move to Group C. 4th-7th move to Group D. 8th-10th move to Group E.

Assuming everyone invited so far accepts, there are still 12 spots left in the Qualification Groups. Once these fill the season will start.

Everyone who has expressed interest on this thread so far should have an invitation waiting for them.
