We started tournament game with 0 base income. I said to him to get a bonus,he didnt. After that,i say to wait till the card comes - he didnt... he said that the game is his bad...Report?

I'm in the exact same tourney. Luckily my teammate READ THE RULES, so I'm sweet now.
The report isn't needed as it's your tm's fault for not reading the rules like most of us didn't. It's also DE, so if you lose you get a 2nd chance anyway
