Why wait 6 hours to start ladder games? Why can't this be wvery updated 6 hours or whenever a new player joins the ladder? I couldn't figure out why no new game appeared until I read the whole how it works section. That seems unnecessarily confusing and time-consuming. You join -- bam -- there's a game, would be much better. Assuming there's a technical reason for this set-up, how about hourly and a explanation next to the JOIN LADDER button.

Why a 3 day auto-boot? You've been playing with Troll to long. That could be shortened up. I'd go with 25 hours and banking boot times.

Losing your rating for games played after three months is very counterintuitive. Chess players never lose ratings. I don't see why this is a valuable addition to Ladders. Could you explain the rationale behind dropping rated games fromt he ELO after 3 months?

Please add a link to Ladders under MULTI PLAYER. And change it from Ladder to Ladders.

I figured it meant ladder (Singular). As in the number of points you have determines where you are on it?

It does, but maybe Duke is asking for it to be pluralized because eventually there will be multiple ladders?
