never used hitbox, nor ever seen any livestream occuring there.
so twitch feels more proven.

i don't know much about the other differences,but hitbox has 2-3 secs delay while twitch has 30-35 secs delay of stream,which is crucial in interactive livestreams i think
but not many people know hitbox as Lawlz & ps mentioned above
would be great if we had less delay on twitch as well,but we have to pay extra as both streamer and viewer to view the stream faster,which i don't like
