So 1v1 ladder is 0% WR now. When did the change take effect? Did it just change recently?
But I found the settings shown in those past ladder games are all 0% WR.

What happened?
Is it a bug?

P.S. The wiki page still states it is 16% luck.

Check the blog:
https://www.warlight.net/blog/index.php/2014/09/upcoming-ladder-changes/

So not a bug.

It does reference the %16 here: https://www.warlight.net/wiki/Luck_Modifier

Thanks for the reply. The wiki page looks like very outdated with wrong info here and there.

So the template (Strategic 1 v 1) was still kept at 16% WR, while the change in ladder games changed last year.

And recently this template has been updated to keep in consistent with the ladder games.

Is it correct?

wait i thought 0% luck meant that we could take a 2 with only 3 armies but the analyze graph stills shows it only has a 80% chance.

can someone please explain this?

well according to the wiki on rounding, Weighted and straight Rounding don't apply to 0% luck. (or 100%)

WR= weighted rounding btw
