I invited someone who has the same color as me. I denied its color and it had to pick another color. Still I didn't get this achievement at the end of the match.

I have at least one instance where someone took an open seat in my game and had to pick another color. Still I couldn't unlock it.

he is lower level^ and make sure it is Ranked (not practice) and it needs to be a game that you invite him too. not just a open game. (also works with games where the server invites you like Ladder and tournament games)
