And how you can see for different with many players he won coins in 2 seasons...so this player is good.

From a statistical point of view this is not true. In one hand, players tend to get booted way more often in games they are losing than in the ones they are winning. In the other hand, about the coins game, we are talking of smallish amounts of coins, were the pool of players are mostly the ones who got 100 coins from Fizzer and are not taking it seriously enough to buy coins. Also, the coins won do not take in consideration all the coins lost. In other words, you cannot judge how good someone is by the fact he won 27 coins.

So many trolls all around. By definition a Troll is a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting arguments or upsetting people (Wikipedia). Just forget about them, they have no reason to be if no one reacts to them. When you react you are doing exactly what they want you to do and what will encourage them to continue.

As I said, I've played one game with TURTLE TURTLE, and he both booted and won; so, he could definitely have above a 25% win rate with a 75% boot rate.

Your question seems to me to lack some precision. Are we talking of quality of play in relation of games played? Are we talking of cooperative skills in team games? Are we strictly considering 1v1 or ladders?

These questions are important because if we are simply looking for the worst winrate, just take any newcommer who lost all his first games. Also, the general winrate of a person (1v1, 2v2, FFA, etc) does not take in consideration against who he played and in what pool of players (1v1 strat, newcommer's game, ladders, etc), While a player with a winrate of 55% in the 1v1 ladder tends to be far better than a player with 55% winrate in the 1v1 strat game.

Also, as stated above, the relation between how often a player gets booted and how well he was playing differs from a player to an other (Some player do hit the resign button, while others love to make others lose their time waiting).
