I would say!

Allow players to search templates and rate them aswell allow players to organize templates into folders: Other player templates as well self-made to make game-making faster.

Write an uservoice and start campaigning. I would give you my +3. I really need the Folder-Organize function for Templates. Searching-and-Rating would secondary for me.

Sounds like a good idea, but be sure to make it optional. It should be possible to keep your templates private, if you prefer.

If someone posts a link to a template or scenario, is there a way to start a single-player game using the template/scenario?

The difference is one is a FFA and the other is a 1v3

Enter template link, click "Next", "Change settings", check "Customize template" box, and without changing anything save it as your own multi-player template. Then you can access it from single player menu.

The problem is, there are at least thousands if not tens of thousands of templates. It would be incredibly annoying to search in all honest, and as some have suggested ranking, that would be even harder.
