There is no way to switch these off?

My old settings were to prevent all mail notifications but i can't find the part to stop the email warlight sends me to tell me I have a warlight email.

Yes thanks. :) The drop down box confused me - not sure if that's on the app but temporary blindness/dumbness is also an option :)
