I was just about to post something like this!

i went there to send you some rude live commentary for ruining our game on the practice tournament that went on for ages where you went innactive for 3 months and left me fending all alone for our honour, but you were already gone :( my night feels a little less unfulfilled now.

I went on it recently and found it was inactive.But it is amazing how Lotr never closes that tab.

The complaints about inactivity reveal the irc's problem.

You log on for 2 minutes look who's online then log out.

You then assume the channel is dead. This has a snowball effect. Break out of the cycle!

Also yes lotr is godlike.

He uses a virtual machine to get online.

Use an irc client like mirc and have it start up automatically each time your compy starts up. Then party like it's 1999.
