Mikele, are you talking players about who get in a losing situation and then just wait to be booted instead of surrendering? If that's the scenario then I would have a bunch blacklisted as well. And why would you join a game and then not move in it? Puzzling.
There's a simple explanation for this statistic. You need to speak english to play warlight. That means players from non english-speaking countries have to be old enough (and smart enough) to understand another language.
Every american internet user can play on warlight, including the youngest users, who generally are the ones causing problems. But there's already a selection for players from non english-speaking countries.
