You can just join anytime you want. Just say that you are stepping into the tall grass (then you can be challenge to pokemon battles), and say when you step out of the grass (you cannot be challenged).

Is there anyone who doesn't have as many pokemon games as they would like, who would like to play against me? I'm good with basically any template as long as it's reasonably quick.

I guess it is in off topic because some of the hidden moderators of the forum moved it, presumable without reading it, as it is hardly off topic. Anyone remember who is a moderator and maybe we can get them to move it back?

I will set up a multiday game JZ :). Not sure I can complete any games today, but I sure want some tomorrow for blitz sunday :D.

Oh I was all confused about you stepping out as I could not see you were in it, but guess you edited that? Also you can be in the grass even you are not online. People can challenge you with multiday games :)

Yes @Blortis but they have limited powers. Mercer and Fizzer are the only ones who can do anything.

maybe we could make some rule, like if you already have 2 or 3 pokemon games you can turn down others without losing points. i don't want to get swamped, but at the same time i don't want to have to post on here to step out and then step back in when i can take on more games. plus, if more people get involved, then we could get too many posts like that and the thread will become tedious.

Nobody challenges me anymore :(
