I would not agree, normally better clans find you after doing well on ladders.

Play the RT ladder and after every game watch the history and see how their picks were better etc. Anything you dont get just ask, most players on there are happy to explain.

Well CORP(F) was never very good at the ladders in the first place, with a few exceptions, of course. Although quite a few of us are trying their best to get better.

Check MHunters link on a clan page and get practice (never mind to lose or win just practice)

Some clans like Illuminati or CORP are not restrictive about your level, they recruit beginners however people willing to improve their skills, so I suggest you to apply there, and they will provide you a training.
