It was even close to be chosen in CL.
But your setting are rather ok too.
I don't yet know, maybe I could play in this.

I much prefer the settings used in clan league I also think you should make the tournament much smaller and invite players that are more active. A lot of the players you invited don't get on too often and aren't necessarily on the top tier in terms of skill.
