i have been waiting for people to join for 6 hours now and the most i have had is 3 people

Small bit of advice: Link the game or give a brief description (preferably both).

Real time games are hard to fill if they have 27 slots. Diplomacy games also tend to be a bit of a major commitment, so with 9 minute boot, the game could easily go on for as long as 7 hours.

If you want better attendance for your game, either make it multi-day or have fewer players.
