Because Genghis is an older member of the Warlight community. He has been with WL for awhile. He also runs Mongols.

Genghis is Genghis. Also the question was "funniest personality" on the forums. Since Genghis has been around for a while, people know his personality, and as he is technically "on the forums" even if he just posts about Mongols, he gets votes.

I don't care.....numbnuts will win anyway.
