^exactly. I told everyone what I would do if they did not join (give them a filler account that will just get booted). That happened to 4 or 5 clans. You are the only clan acting all surprised that it occurred and blaming me for not getting your people to join.

Chris stop passing the buck. As one of the two leaders of the clan I should have been contacted for this shit. To play off your nba analogy that's like creating a schedule for the league but not telling one owner when his team is supposed to play.

I asked you what's up with Nickovision (he declined EU) and you didn't answer, so he got replaced with an AI. Definitely not on Chris, not on me. One of your players didn't even know what clan league was.

last season i was in clan league with the lost wolves. i was not invited to any of the chat games or anything, but i didn't need to be. i thought it was really important for my clan to compete and really REALLY important to not cause extra work for chris. i took my own initiative. i found the forum threads, i copied all the pertinent info and passed it on to everyone competing and made sure they understood what was up. if someone didn't respond to me i mailed them, just to make sure they acknowledged that they read the info. we even had a few practice games before things started. that also helped getting everyone on the same page.

yeah, this is just a game, and it's supposed to be for fun, but this kind of stuff IS fun if everything runs smoothly. when people don't care it's not as smooth and not as fun. keep that in mind when you join stuff like this. a person is actually toiling over a computer to increase your fun and it's not right to make them work any harder than they already are. it doesn't have to be super serious, and it isn't very much workload for the clan leaders, but it does require a little bit of diligence. if all the clans treated it like you did then it probably would not exist.

BTW, i don't think this is said often enough, thanks chris for organizing clan league.
