Genghis, I'd like to make a world map which I update every so often, and would like to fill in the blank spots with some NPC nations that people can interact with (trade with to boost economy, invade, etc.) Would you like to work with me on making some NPCs to fill in the blanks? Going to start a mail thread about it.

[Remember when I said I was going totalitarian? ...I lied. The backstory I came up with doesn't fit totalitarianism.]

[Also, some of names are based of movie characters and real-world people.]

[And this took longer than I expected ;_;]

Quick backstory: With the crysis in 2015, separatist protests in south and sotheastern Brazil grew incredibly quickly. The crysis finally came into control in early 2018, close to the presidencial elections. As the Workers' Party wins again, the separatist movement grows tremenduosly once more and the south and southeast secede from Brazil, forming a semi-autonomous republic. Not recognized by the world in general, the separatists decide to make their move - they stop paying taxes to the federal government, but to each state's government, rather, and they annex some of more developed northeastern states (Bahia, Sergipe and Pernambuco). They achieve some recognition, but the rest of Brazil refuses to give them full indepence. Investing their income on local infrastructure and anticorruption, the coast's growth far surpasses that of the rest of the nation, that falls into a huge crysis.

Yes but consider resource wealth. I've yet to explain the stats, but I'll tell you resource wealth has a lot to do with how much you get of resources, how much money they give you, etc. Etc.

I'll tell you the big focus of each economy.

Capitalist - Exploit poor nations, develop serious money and industry.

Socialism - You have a balanced outlook, but your resource wealth will cripple you. Socialism is good for keeping your nation from collapsing but still having economic power.

Communism - Corruption is severely limited, social classes are out of the picture which maintains a happy populace. However, you are extremely poor. You are a people of material, not wealth. This will be difficult for trade and diplomacy.

Totalitarian - This is for people who want to maintain completely control of your population but want to handle an efficient military. It is definitely effective in warfare.

Also bear in mind that as the game goes on, you might witness revolution and your government or economy may change etc. Etc. It's just how it goes.

---Large Body - The larger your body, the harder it is for you to be stealthy etc...
---Unprofessional - How seriously they take their job, how well do they keep operations disclosed

---Fear - How scared they are of anything, how quickly would they waiver in the face of danger, how far they would go before chickening out when it comes to serving the nation
---Unloyal - How often they might exchange loyalties to another officer, or go back on their word or orders
---Small Body - Having a small body makes you less intimidating technically, and will offer less coverage in case you have to put yourself in the way of a bullet to save an official

---Wealth - This stat is exponential. This regards how wealthy your nation can be. A 9/10 is probably $3-5.5 Trillion. 1/10 is maybe $80-150 billion.
---Class Distortion - How stable your populace is going to be, how quickly would they start to hate each other, how many people would consider leaving
---Job Opportunity - What encourages people to come to your nation for the most part. This also regards employment of your nation. The higher it is, the less unemployed and the more immigration, so think about that.
---Resource Wealth - How much can you yield from your resource pools available to you, how efficient you are with your resources, how well you can distribute them, etc.
---Safety Net - In the event of a crisis, how well can you cope with it. This technically includes rebellion, but is mostly for natural disasters. IN the event of rebellion, you just have to see how it goes really
REBELLION CONTROL - How effectively your nation can prevent a rebellion from happening, and how well your nation handles it if one ever pops up
--NATION/MILITARY TRAITS
---Military Size - How large your military is. Do I have to explain this at all?
---Military Expertise - How effective your training is, how efective they are in the field, how disciplined they are, etc.
---Officer-Soldier Ratio - The more officers per soldier, they better when it comes to administrating your army and properly leading your forces in operations
---Land Use Efficiency - How well you manage your lands, how effective you use them. It's really self-explanatory
---Infrastructure - How developed is your nation's infrastructure. This not includes public institutions, but how developed your cityscapes, roads and everything in between is
---Population - How large your population is. Like military size, you should consider and weight the positives and negatives of a large military or population. With a large military, you'll need a large population to support it. Just things to consider
