Is it possible for your rating to change slightly even if you haven't finished any games recently? My rating changed by 1 point, but I don't think I finished any games recently. (I could be wrong about that, tho.)

The overall rating of your opponents affects your rating. So if your past opponents have been doing well recently, your rating could increase.

Yes. When other players finish their games it affects your rating.

Yep, experience that alot. The ratings increse when your opponnets get better.
