So, is there a way to report single threads? Or do you have to report the entire account? The reason I want to know is I've already reported Ion for racism. But I want to report a single thread of his for nudity as well.

report the account, state why, and add a link the to thread. That's the way to do it (makes it much easier for mods). Keep in mind that it can take some time before anything happens, but every report will be gone through.
