No. 1v1 mated with itself and split into 2v2. Which then exploded into two families, the 3v3 and the FFA.

The FFA then inbred with the 1v1, forming the "Lottery". Further generations of the 3v3 led to the 4v4, the 4v4v4v4v4v4 etc and the 5v5. Etc.
