I'm getting an "Adobe Flash Player Local Storage Message" every few seconds. Is it just me, or are others getting it too?

What browser do you use?
Is you flash player up to date?
Do you run any other processes that require much memory?

Hi. Thanks for the response. I'm running Internet Explorer. I'm not running any other apps right now, just WarLight. I have never seen this message before until late last night, and I'm not doing anything differently. I was just wondering if other folks were getting it.

usually you get it once, and if you authorize it with the checkbox not to ask you again, it shouldn't ask you again.

I'm running Internet Explorer.

Never, under NO circumstances, use Internet Explorer!
Use Mozilla or Google Chrome instead.

Hi, ps. I'm hesitant to authorize it because I don't like what it states will happen if I do. I mentioned my privacy settings wouldn't prevent others from writing to my memory...a little scary.

Thanks for he advice, Cata, about not using Explorer. I've always used it, but maybe it's time to try the others.

Normally you shouldn't get that message unless you enabled the disk storage in the settings. I see you haven't, so I'm not sure why you're getting it. It may have something to do with policy settings configured on your computer.

However, it's pretty harmless. Clicking OK will just allow WarLight to use a few extra megabytes of storage on your hard drive. It uses this for caching maps and your volume level and such.

The browser you use will not affect this issue at all. Just ignore people who try and put you down for your browser. Some people think the browser you use defines you as a person or something, or they consider it a religious argument. Use whatever browser makes you happy.
