Own Granite? Granite is radioactive and has Isotopes of Potassium-40 , U-235 and 238 and some other things as well. If your house is near some granite , make sure your house is not cracked because Rn-²²² can enter your house. Even though Radon is found in hot springs , high levels can result in lung cancer
