With Ineffable going inactive due to business in real life, I have volunteered to take over administration of World Series of Warlight, which began Jan 3 2015.

Each final place in a tournament rewards points:
1st=2000
2nd=1200
3rd=800
4th=600
5-6th=400
7-8th=300
9-12th=200
13-16th=150
17-24th=100
25-32th=50
33-48th=25
49-64th=10
All 10 tournaments can be played, but only the top 7 scores count.
Two of the tournaments are special (#4 and #10), these are actually two pairs of concurrent tournaments, a "full value" tournament and a "half value" tournament. #4A comprises the top 32 players from the prior season, and #10A comprises the top 16 of #4A plus the top 16 of #4B. The B tournaments are open to everyone else.
At the end of the 10th tournament, there is a final series of games available only to the top 8 finishers. Therefore it's really important to finish in the top 8!
We have so far completed 5 tournaments, with 4 more in progress. The 10th tournaments have not been created; right now I'm planning on creating them first week of January in 2016 after New Years.
WSOW is not open to newcomers at this time. Please wait until a season 3 is organized. My goal right now is merely to allow season 2 to complete, given how much work went into it and how much progress has already been made.
