Every game I encounter a game. that don't have leve l preqetiques has so much ppl below level 10. Whys that?

i consider far more relevant the boot rate prerequisite. a quitter who gets booted is far worse then the worst player in a game.

Sure Nogals, levels dont really matter, but I would generally expect to see a level 50 player outplay a level 5 player, if only because they've been playing longer.

Because I know that level doesn't equal skill but I thought that someone who is level 59 would know the basics of the game.
