I haven't seen any bugforum or something. Where to write? The issue is I see lottery games in my dashboard despite of their hiding being enabled.

The lotto filter only hides games that have "lottery" in the game title. So likely this is not a bug, but the host that have failed to write lottery (so lotto for example). If this is the case you may take the liberty of notifying the host yourself :)
