I've got all of my bonus borders set but sometimes when I try to divide them into territories the lines just disappear. I suspect I am doing something wrong. Any help?

If it happens often, it could be that the line you use to divide doesn't extend to over the edge of the territory you are dividing.

Like Moros said, i would suspect the same. Dont forget that the path you use to devide should indeed devide it in two parts and not just cut a knife halfway through ;)
Seems even more likely if it only works every now and then.
