Hi all! I just hit L30 and I want to start learning a lot more about the how and why and strategies in warlight. I think a clan would be awesome to join. Any good suggestions on one that is a good mix of casual and serious players that play together often? I love the teamwork of team games, but with rotating partners, it's tough to get to know what the other person is doing.

CORP (despite the name, the roleplay part is completely optional) is a large clan with lots of active and friendly players. Some of them play seriously, some of them (including me) a bit less.

You'll always find people who'd like to play. No matter what type of game you propose, someone will always be ready for it.

CORP is probably your best bet. Most other clans that have any strategic side to them are not very open to players with a 20% win rate. CORP seems a bit alone in holding the idea that the way to improve your clan is by improving your players, not restricting and removing them.

^ I think OP said he's looking for an active clan where they can also get better at the game. Not a clan where the leader as a 50%+ boot rate.
