Guiroma is strategic, and it's named after Gui, I'd recommend not naming templates after someone that you aren't

Imperium Romanum is the map.
The 3 best templates on it are:
1v1 Guiroma
2v2 Guiroma
1v1 MasteRoma

Named after makers.

Yours is Hostilroma. Or Strategic Rome.

Edit: your better off making templates on lesser known maps that don't already have great templates on them.

My Advice for you Hostile:

Push your templates down everyone's throats. Create games with them often using open seat prereqs for Members Only, make tournaments and invite people in clans, play it with your friends. You should really keep this going. It's quite sad that most people don't care about making templates. Here's some that I made that I like, now only the first two are ones that I would consider 8/10+ Strategic, but the rest are new and fun. These are all 1v1s.

Also, don't call your templates Hostilroma or whatever, that doesn't describe the template good. Sze and Gui did that for reasons I'm not sure why, but maybe to compete with each other, and there were almost no strategic templates back then. Don't follow in their footsteps.

Standard 1v1:

Pangea 1v1
https://www.warlight.net/MultiPlayer?TemplateID=755947
Good template, may need some changes with cards, maybe having standard Strat 1v1 cards. Other than that, map is good, expansion is hard, more wastelands could make the chokepoints stronger.

Greece LLFD
https://www.warlight.net/MultiPlayer?TemplateID=742004
Very good template, shifts the bias away from big bonuses nicely, and makes the map unique every time. Settings are tweaked very nicely, and this template almost won a contest.

Islandic Brawl
https://www.warlight.net/MultiPlayer?TemplateID=776953
Shifts the bias away from the sides, to encourage quick games and lots of fighting, decent template with a lot of bias towards small bonuses.

China Standardized
https://www.warlight.net/MultiPlayer?TemplateID=777113
The heavy, heavy bias towards big bonuses because of n-1 is balanced in the early game with small starting armies and larger income. However, the mid game is a lot about expansion.

Local Deployment:

Rome LD
https://www.warlight.net/MultiPlayer?TemplateID=756057
Makes for long games, lots of starting spots, quite the brawl. I tried to make a good template with neutrals of 3, and I think it is okay.

Airlift LD
https://www.warlight.net/MultiPlayer?TemplateID=776521
Interesting way to encourage map coverage rather than a big cluster to send armies to a spot quickly.

To the community, I know you all look at this thread. Instead of saying nothing, say something like:

"Cool! Maybe tweak X on Hostilroma, and invite me to a game on it!"

"I'd like to help you test some of these, invite me to a game!"

"Try making a template with X and Y!"

People change their minds :P I lost that template, thanks for reminding me!

Also, when I hosted open games on "Benindia" I noticed that 5/6 times, an AWF member joined it.
