so I've seen this very annoying thing AI's do, they have no idea how to use a airlift card in a team game. ive played a team WW2 game where a AI country has litarlly a 1000 armies lying around what for?

The only card the AI knows how to use is the reinforcement card. And only if there are no humans on its team, only AIs.
