Yes; that's why there's only 180 or so clans on the Clans page. The links to said clans still work but they have 0 members.

Yeah. You can find them on the tournaments invite page, but they disappear on the Clan list page. They effectively become useless, as nobody can claim them, seeing as MR has disappeared.

The clan creator can send me an e-mail and I'll add them back in to an empty clan.

A better idea would be to auction off the clans at a low starting price.
