Two options:

1) Tell her. She may not believe you or she may be mad you're getting involved in her personal life or she may be curious how you found out. This would be telling the truth = ethically right

2) Don't tell her. If she finds out eventually you can claim you had your suspicions but never knew. This would be lying = ethically wrong

Do you know her bf? If you're friends with him that changes a lot.

If she wouldn't know, tell her. if she knows, don't talk about it unless she wants to talk to you about it.
