Basically, you can pay a certain amount of money to:

-get someone banned
-get yourself or someone else unbanned
-get someone's IP address
-get someone's password
-get your account back after someone buys your password

I'd vote for Castle Bravo.
He's got some pretty good ideas, at least he'll be honest with money unlike American politicians who accept money in secrecy and most people are oblivious to their wealth.
