Fizzer, I think you should make some kind of rule (such as the one you made about territory picks in team games) to prevent this from happening.

What kind? You're not exactly specific.
And I think that currently, orders are not executed inrandom order between players, but between teams - so if Perrin moved, he'd have survived (at least one more turn...).
