@Jai, I was referring to the people I had previously replied to, i.e. Conservative and Eklipse. Sure, whatever, maybe yours were; I have no idea and don't really care. I don't particularly feel like checking everyone's quotes ever made. I focused on the most egregious initial batch and followed up with Eklipse's defense of one of them.

My purpose here is not specifically to identify in/accurate quotes, but to highlight some dishonest argumentation that caught my eye.

Failed quote *again*. When you include a '.' in a quote, then that should mark where the person's sentence *actually* ended. If the person says other things after the quote, you should have an ellipsis (...) to represent the fact that you have *elided* what was said.

That's totally irrelevant. What I posted was a word for word quote. All you're doing is nit-picking the formatting. Are you so lacking in better responses that all you can do is attack over semantics? You're taking the term "Grammar Nazi" to an entirely new level. Instead of just attacking the opponent's spelling you're attacking quote formatting.

This is basic intellectual honesty 101.

No. This is the forum for a gaming site. It's not college essay, it's not an official media press. The formatting does not have to be exact.
