Those last two things just block everyone... the rest is overkill

1000 games played is nothing.... except when paired with 0 days since signup o_O

You only needed the last two items Hostile
Although the rest ensure that even if you forget to check those last two boxes, everyone is out.

If you add 0 starting armies + 0 neutrals with an army cap from number of territories,
it is possible to make a rigged game where you can't move.


It is the same effect as base 0 but less suspicious. :)
