Due to Fizzer limiting our rights as Warlight players, I have created a new forum. Feel free to do as you please but PLEASE use your Warlight username when registering so that we all know who each other are.

Also, you can use this website to send PMs, friend each other, etc :P

Apparently, you have not read the Terms of Service for the Forumotion Website?

Since I used to be a forum moderator / admin for a clan in a different game,
I can speak from experience:

if you get enough traffic to make having your own forums worth the time and effort
then it should be quite interesting to see how you handle the challenge of moderating those shiny new forums of yours...

From the Forumotion Report Function:

Abuse type* :
Sexual and/or pornographic content
Violent or repulsive content
Hateful or abusive content
Defamatory content and / or affecting the integrity of a person
Harmful and dangerous acts
Drugs and any other illicit substance
Sale or exchange of medication that requires a prescription from a licensed practitioner, or medicines without prescription
Copyright infringment
Spam
Phishing and/ or malware website
Credit card fraud
Hacking
This website violates in any other way the terms of service.

Some of these abuses of the terms of service would be necessary to moderate even if you owned the site, the domain, and the software, like hacking and malware...

Other things that you might not care about will draw in the U.S. Government, or the governments of the countries that your users are living in, citizens of, etc, or governments that are doing business with your ISP, domain, website, etc... like selling drugs or credible threats of violent acts...

Then there are the business interests that will start bringing in the lawyers over copyright infringement, credit card fraud, etc...

And finally, in all likelihood, Forumotion, somewhere, has to sell advertisements, or do business with other companies in order to make money...

something besides selling forum upgrades to people who want a free forums...

and the businesses that are reputable and pay well, and so on, they don't want to deal with the likes of "anything goes, anytime, anywhere!"... so you can kiss your porn "rights" goodbye.

But really, you didn't actually think that a reputable business that wasn't interested in stealing your credit card information for themselves was just going to hand you the keys to broadcast whatever you wanted all over the internet with their name at the top, did you?
Really? Woooow.

Yeah, the usage of "rights" is not correct. Posting on these forums is a privilege, not a right. If you want to say Fizzer is limiting that privilege...you'd be correct. but he has the right to do so.

You also have the right to go play somewhere else (start a new OT forum). I have no issue with that, go for it. Just don't make Fizzer out to be the bad guy when you must not have read the TOS when you signed up. So go say whatever you want in some other sandbox. Nobody here will mind (I don't see why Fizzer would).
