I stopped trying when people were not joining scenarios which give historical people advantages and just haven't had the time to play them. Plus when I made them I was the only one and so everyone joined mine and that was really fun but when more people were able to less joined. I just impatient.

I've actually thought for a long time to host an 'invite-only real-time diplo', as it is a pity that there is virtually no perfect (or even playable) real-time diplos here in warlight. But also it will be a problem for everyone to agree on a timing to play or to even stay for the full length, but at least there will be no noobs in the game.

Yeah, if only it was possible to organize an invite-only RT diplo... =/

As someone who has been here for a pretty long time, the userbase isn't falling. Just because you're disenfranchised with the game doesn't mean that the game itself is falling off. It's literally about as straight of a line as it can get for the last year.

ISSUE : people are getting booted several times

SOLUTION : do what i do and state in description that if they are booted on the first 3 turns without proper reason then you blacklist them

this works pretty well for me as i could care less about booting 10 people at once because i know there are still a lot of players on warlight willing to play my diplo's and i still have those who i have not blacklisted who are also willing to play my diplo's

It's impossible for everyone to turn up on time for a 40 player RT diplo, that's why only MD works.

34-9 = 43 open games

I tried w/ a 0% boot Alt

27-11 = 38 open games

Maybe there is a level presitequites there on MD but the thread is about RT.

I can really see only 1 RT Diplos on open games


The results were similar with my alt , so there must be a presitequites other than boot filters.

I tried to host one again yesteday, I filled a 12 player one with low prerequisites. It filled reasonably fast, but we started the game with 2 PEs, then we have several booters and surrenders. The game worked out ok in the end, but it wasn't really a "Diplo" as such...

I don't know why you've the agenda you have, but I know it's a very common one - to hate them since you ain't them.

That's not even a graph of raw visitors, just relative rankings. Nor does it go back to January '15, when the dashboard update was. Nor does it account for diplomacy folk in particular, just all folk (which outnumber the diplomacy-only folk). You're taking the wrong population, the wrong dates, and wrong kind of data.

If there was more (free) evidence other than my recalling, I would show you, but as is, you can do enough with shutting up, as such a rotted brain should.
