What map should I make a diplomacy game on? I want to hear suggestions and get a vote.

Medieval Britain

European Nations is my favorite

It depends on the time, place & theme

I have an idea but I want it to be my first diplomacy.

It will be 2016 though.

big ones tend to work best
and i find if you want more wars, dont use a map where each bonus is a territory because wars will be fought over split bonuses on maps where territory doesnt equal bonus

I will go with Medieval Britain

Theme: Medieval Europe.
Map size: 20~50 territories/players
Start: 1 territory/player with evry player claiming one bonus(not super bonus)

If it's like that then invite me.

Maybe Afro-Eurasia Gargantuan. I haven't tried it, but it looks good.

I disagree, bonses per territories tend to make better Diplos, cos players can fight over certain areas, you can have border disputes, and players can decide on what they want their country to look like. Fighting over countries is like like any other game, and can also lead to imbalance.
