Welcome to Offtopia! A town of slowly aging population. Now, due to migration to bigger cities in the vicinity, the town has a population of thirteen, and kids are completely unviable as these thirteen include eleven males, a tranny and a fan.
The situation gets unsustainable as the town's people are slowly growing less and less mentally stable. The law enforcement has all ditched aside from a sheriff who just woke up from coma and a jailor that lives in one of the empty cells. Naturally, crime arises as a very, very large group of people band into a three-man mafia. Sounds ridiculous? Well, three is 25% of the town's population. It's tragic. Shut up.
The poor little villagers, trying to defend themselves from such criminals, build a lynching post and abandon their jobs to work entirely for the survival of the town. Every day, they will lynch anyone barely suspicious and hope they don't die during the night.
The mayor of the town, Boris Fizzohn, climbs up the lynching post and starts incitating the mob by showing them a blackmail message sent from the leader of the Offtopian mafia, the Godfather himself.
"The Mafia is clearly planning to murder us all, one by one. We cannot have that happen. Townies! Gather around and settle down, for drama will unveil. I command you to stop your mundane jobs for now and work for your own survival. Use your skills given to you by birth and by practice to show these goddamn criminals who needs to git gud or git rekt."
With those words, the mayor steps down, and the discussion in the town starts...~~~
