Redheads are too hot to be legal, and look at that smile, like she just looks like a great person. Overall I think she is just sexy.
She's pretty old though. And I don't ASL that well.

Unfortunately still owned by Disney, Payton doesn't really get that much television/movie coverage and honestly I couldn't tell you if she is a great actor or not, as she has only stared in Jessie and bunk'd (a spinoff of Jessie) as a dumb blonde (but that's what makes them hot right? ... Lol no.) I guess she is more known for modeling? Idk I watch Disney channel more then fashion shows. not to much other then that. Oh and she has a twin brother.
While redheads are generally hotter, blondes can be
WAY hotter then redheads. Also she's pretty close to my age (I'm only a year older). she also seems really chill. 10/10.
Unfortunately like all white teenage girl (or at least a lot of them ... Actually it's probably all teenage girls), she probably worries too much about what other people think about her.
