I don't know if this is a website thing, or a PC thing, but after a while (maybe 10 days), my saved single-player games are gone. Also, the volume settings are restored to default. Why does this happen?

The games are saved to your computer, so it is likely that something is deleting the files off your computer, I've still got all of my saved games from when I joined.

Single-player saved games *do* get saved to the local computer. Specifically, they are saved as Flash SharedObjects, aka 'Flash cookies'.

It could either be yourself clearing your browser's cached/saved data, or a browser plugin which does basically the same, or it could be an anti-virus, anti-malware, net-privacy, or disk-space cleanup program that deletes 'Flash cookies' as part of its scans. If any of these, either disable them or be more discriminating in which files/cookies get deleted.

If not deleting the flash cookies is too difficult,
(if your anti-badware is overbearing, or you don't own the computer that you usually play on, it's possible to save the cookies themselves,
and theoretically load and play them on any computer that you want. :)
