So the game is saving when I start, but how do I get back to it when I want to continue? The saved games tab is nowhere to be found.....

So the game is saving when I start, but how do I get back to it when I want to continue? The saved games tab is nowhere to be found.....

The main way is to click the level you were playing, and it will ask you if you want to resume the game.

However, there's a bug right now if you started the game via "Custom game", where it won't ask you. For now, you work around that by clicking on the game here: https://www.warlight.net/SinglePlayer/SavedGames. Sorry about that.

I like the new AI settings, now the AI is actually smarter than most people I play against :0 I think... Still gotta see how they use Block/EBlock. Kinda wish you could toggle AI difficulty, though, but let's see how this goes.

On Custom Single Player levels, I want to test this out ASAP! Sounds really darn interesting. Someone should probably make a thread to share those now. :3

Autopilot... Fizzer redeemed himself for taking away pictures, in my eyes. I always thought of something like this, honestly, but it felt so retarded on my mind I didn't think someone else would imagine that. I am going to use it right now, actually, to finish off two stalling goons on a diplo. >:)

Edit: It took a very one-sided match's end as "too complicated"... ;_; And appearently, World Nations 2014 is too big of a map for it. Dreams ruined in 5 minutes...

This part is a bit confusing:
– Players who join a game which is deleted before it begins will now receive a notification telling them it’s deleted, assuming they didn’t turn off game-finish emails.

How is that notification going to arrive? Pop-up? Mail?

And this is the #1 best part of the update in my opinion:
– Added a hotkey: “C” will check or un-check the Commander check box in the attack/transfer dialog.

Moving a commander around was so irritating... Maybe I'm just lazy, but this is great.

Wunderwaffe AI stopped working after a few turns. I get the "Oops! An error has ocurred" message for trying to use it.

I can still use Cowzow/2.0, but their move suggestions are being cancer to it's finest right now ._.

Edit: Refreshing sorta fixed it. Wunderwaffe is still very laggy and often gets an error message.

I just played the new AI on single player, its picks were really good! ( I got my 6th pick)

It needs to work on expansion technique, i had a double border on one of its uncompleted bonus and it just kept expanding.

Okay I take that back. the AI made some not so good picks in the 2nd game.

Does it know about using delays and attacking on last order?

I've got on one turn, the AI doing expansion, than an attack on my stack, than some more expansion, with no delays.

Does it know how to use to blockade card?

This is very interesting, and one of the best updates I've seen.

Does it know how to use Blockade cards? It CAN. Whether it does so intelligently, I'm not sure. (I've seen it do it twice, and both were things I could imagine a human doing but not particularly clever - like using Blockade on a territory with only one army.)

I have one question which now becomes very relevant (in particular with regards to the AI using things like Sanctions cards):

* Is the AI hampered by fog, or can it always "see" everything?

A system to save and share single player templates is a good solid feature for Warlight to have. I hope to see in the future a ranking system for single player templates with search features (like we currently have for maps) along with a 'high scores' system for each template as well.

Furthermore I heavily the support that now all maps must have unique e territory and bonus names for each and every bonus/territory.

Okay upon further inspection, the AI still needs some more work, it does well on picking, but gameplay seems to be similar.

Cool AI, unnecessary RT ladder changes (Season I should be old strategic 1v1, Commanders are worse than WR)

Overall good update, I don't really see the usage for auto-pilot however.

My web page has crashed several times while creating single player templates so far.

Furthermore for changing names of AI you can only up to X and not the AA, AB etc.

Fizzer, I'm new to WL, still learning the ropes. I've created a "custom" game and have been playing it for three days now. Last night I saved it the "old" way and this morning, when I went to play it, it was gone! I tried clicking on the link you provided for saved games and all it shows is a level one game. Did the game that I put a lot of time into creating just disappear? I hope not!!

I get an error message if I try to create Singleplayer-game with an AI on a custom or multiplayer template. It works fine with singleplayer templates, though.

Hi there, I love this update. The entire AI overhaul I think is a great idea and I'm glad there is a decent selection.

But the "Find" button in Muli's userscript seems to be broken? I guess it has something to do with the update because I don't think the Userscript was updated. Just a bit confused.

As it's a third party script, often small changes can throw it off and stop a function working, best thing to do is contact Muli, if he's no longer working on it anymore then I could always have a look for you.

AI's are broken more then before:

Here you can see people surrendered (turned into AI) and people normally booted, getting booted again when they are AI's...

So this is my first reply on updates Fizzer.

i've found a Bug related to using cards....

Yes its great wort that AIs now use diplo-cards... But if you play a szenario with 10 or more AI... you cant attak anyone every few turns...^^ They are using the diplo card against humans.... Everytime... Not against other AI just against humans ^^ And all in the same turn...^^

on the other hand those costum szenario option is really cool ^^
