Within your lands lives a proud nationalist of your fine region. Not only did he vote "yes" but he also hates the English with a passion. I have come to call this Scot my friend. Having known this man for some time, I do believe myself adapt enough as to offer some kindly advice.
OxtheArtist should be pressed into the armed Scottish forces to wage the war of Scottish Independence. Mr.Ox should be used as a weapon to attack the British submarines as well as any British aircraft. Being the proud Scotsman that he is, I recommend that he be attired appropriately in the Kilt.
