Elsweyr itself may be a place of good potions and cures... But, how can we trust a Khajiit that has traveled all the across Tamriel? His potions could have been switched across the route. Elsweyr is home to many thieves.

Obviously, this one has not done business with Khajiit before. When Khajiit says he is authentic, one may believe him.

This is why we don't let you in the city wall's. You steal Nordic Jobs and bring drugs!

The traders appear in front of Whiterun and the other holds of Skyrim every so often. Some Khajiit are true to their word, others lie through their pointy teeth. But, even the truest of Khajiit traders may switch out some products for others and make them the same price. You can only trust something that cannot be used as a trick.. A warhammer perhaps.
