I think that Eklipse and DDB are good folk to argue with everyone, they're open-minded, but not to pretensy or straight insults. Here's some more folk who I argued with.

*Imperator, I don't like arguing with for a totally different ground (seems like we misunderstand each other's points very often); he also knows that he gets pointlessly zealous, as is natural when arguing, and says sorry for it - far better than what many folk, or you can say.
*JaiBharat, looking back, maybe one of best folk to talk about American polit, despite being nationalist and a little narrow-minded (but not too much, it wasn't very noticeable). *A foe with different thoughts, Pulsey, a little pretentious and pretty narrow-minded, but out of all the folk who disagreed with his thoughts on Trump, I, despite being a bit unjust, was the only one who he actually said was ok, contrasted to all the other arguers. *GeneralPE, say what you want, but he's not really zealous, I doubt he would have much bad to say about me as an arguer.
*Death, though never truly argued, I said some pretty arguable and mean and injust things - for example, when he posted that Polish stereotypes map with Belarus, and had something about Belarus and Ukraine should go back to Poland, I zealously criticised him for being a Polish irredentist and nationalist. He explained he wasn't, and was very good-hearted about the thing, and he's definitely a fellow in my games to invite, though rarely, since he's cutting down MD games. He used to think from rumours that I was a very mean and unenjoyable fellow to talk with.
*Then there's DDJ, who despite having many disagreements and even heated arguments, said "If you don't like Xpapy.... you need to talk to him more".
*TeamGuns, a socialist (sorry, middle-left*) who used to be pretty pretentious like you in arguments, but stopped, and ever since then, he's a fine enough fellow to argue with, he righted his mistakes, on invite list.
*OxTheArtist, though no true arguments since the great Scotland debate of 2015 (in which I was injust, and he was more forgiving for that than I would be), some small arguments that resolved quickly from open-mindedness.
*japan97, though we don't agree, I'm a bit more arrogant, but otherwise, fine enough, we don't really know each other, but I can attest that he's a good arguer who will only wield fire to fight fire (like on this thread).
*Cata Cauda. I stay calm, he stays calm, we argue nicely, trade some outlooks.
*knyte, though strongly hates what I stand for and is very confident (cocky), is likeable enough, I think he could vouch that I'm a likeable enough arguer behind what I argue.

Now, I definitely know I have haters, probably since I'm a rabid, foaming-at-mouth misogynist and racist and fascist. So let me see the ones you've listed.

*Andrés, ask him the specific ground that he blacklisted me. It's pretty bigoted.
*Pablo García, what? No problems there, we chat, we disagree, we even get exasperated, but we keep calm. 4/5 his friends hate me, though.

If they suck at their job, it's the consumers problem, if they're good at it, it's the consumers benefit.

Education before mandatory education in America was more a cheap thing where someone in the community who was literate and/or could do math would teach it to a son, daughter, or other family member, the family member would teach it to others , and it went on.

This was cheaper and actually a bit more effective, because unless the government kept you from learning (if you were a slave), you would usually be able to learn for either free or for a cheap fee.

Remember, many states had literacy rates above what they are now, and comprehension was through the roof. Pretty much everyone would read something, whether it would be a novel or political manifesto.
