I can hold up to 19 (4 more) folk here, who want in on this game.
In short, it's a diplomacy with a neverending war on the most incomeful players, and some side wars along with that. Reading the rules are fully needed, but don't worry, they're much easier to understand than they look, and you can ask me frains about them.
