I apologize. I thought a discussion of cheating in Clan League 8 Division C belonged in the Clan League 8: Division C - Official Thread.

They are ladder partners... so it should be fine! and thanks for ignoring me :/

If what knyte said is true it is cheating, for sure 100%. Last season I was going to use Blortis's account in case ( I didn't), and Lolowut said he was going to see if the state changes. It's not allowed.

If Fizzer did he job and investigated cheating (all of it, not just accusations against a few clans), then I doubt we would have vigilantes trying to impose their form of justice.

Because the standard authority is neglecting its job then others feel they have to take that authority upon themselves. I don't condone it but I understand why a few feel justice isn't being served.

It was a pleasure to go through it!
it was a nice season and congrats to the winner!
Nevertheless my opinion about some clans has drastically changed(i guess no 1 cares;)).
If i where in a clan with a kind of dictatorship and silly leader or with people
who post in forums weird things,bragging around without doing any efford then
throwing mud...then i would take the best players and leave to build a decent clan!
Everybody makes mistakes and can write stupid things if they really are involved
in the situation but insisting and continuing to show such disrespect to others
creates the impression of the whole clan ,who is represented by everybody.
Sorry guys for my bad performance! someone else could surely have earned more points than me.

Sorry for the delay, but the last day has been very busy for me. We are 5 weeks into Clan League, and 72.12% of games are completed, up marginally from 66.67% completed at the end of Week 4.





Hydra (3-2) this week move up this week, BIA (1-2) this week moves down. What a surprise.....

VS (2-0) and M'Hunters (2-1) this week are both continuing to do well. VS is a bit closer to M'Hunters then they've been in awhile, as well with VS having played two fewer games then M'Hunters, this race for 1st could be tight. If only the race for 1st was more then for bragging rights. A very interesting result, already alluded to by a VS player, is VS beating M'Hunters on 3v3 EU.

CORP, um, (0-1) this week. Not a hell of a lot going on there. 1 game in a week. Ok....

And lastly LEA, congrats on breaking your 19 day losing streak where the clan fell from (5-20) to (5-36) before steering out of that skid with 1 win on 1v1 Guiroma. LEA may not reach the 25 points I predicted they would end with. But I have been wrong many times before.



Let's quickly look at a few games LEA won this season:

• 1v1 Guiroma: Gyver vs. AI: https://www.warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=11411003
  Gyver won this game, the first game finished this season because of an error on turn 3 by AI where they did not move a stack of armies. Gyver out expanded AI. You can also add in the contributing factor of Gyver started in the safer east, a decent positional advantage. Gyver won this game when their opponent clearly didn't click in their orders correctly.
  
• 1v1 Greece: BigMeck vs. 1h70: https://www.warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=11461817
  A boot win on picks

So those two games demonstrate the two types of wins LEA has gotten so far. Gyver beat 3 opponents on 1v1 Guiroma, which is awesome! Then LEA has won 3 games via boot win during picks or turn 1. I will give kudos to Gyver so far for being by far the best LEA player in their lineup. Overall, this is rough though for LEA.



So, with a potential finish of M'Hunters, VS, Hydra, BIA, CORP, LEA, did anyone get it right in the prognostic thread for season 8? No. No responses in that thread had that order. But there are a couple contenders for the most accurate predictions this season:
wakanarai (Blitz): VS, M'Hunters, Hydra, BIA, CORP, LEA
ZeroBlindDragon (Lynx), Tac(ky)tical (Outlaws) KKND (Blitz): M'Hunters, VS, Hydra, CORP, BIA, LEA

So, getting BIA in 4th place and CORP in 5th is way more important then mixing up getting the order of M'Hunters and VS in 1st and/or 2nd in my opinion. To me, wakanarai has the most accurate prediction so far. Things can change, VS could pass M'Hunters (more likely then a late comeback by CORP to overtake BIA) but wakanarai probably will finish with the best Division C prediction.

Wonderful update as always GE. MH has always done better in lvls then team games so I expect the following few weeks to be close indeed.

Regarding, the Hydra/BIA competitive I have to congratulate Hydra for pulling ahead. It was unbelievably tight for a while.

I'd also like to point out that if 3rd place gets a promotion then LEA (who will likely come in last) will not be relegated.

I never thought about LEA not getting relegated if 3 people promote. The only reason why I have assumed LEA would relegate is because I thought someone had to relegate, regardless of the number of people that promote. Maybe that is my personal views spilling over from the P/R League I run.

I love your updates GE, you are doing a great job. Thanks for the time you invest in those.

and yes the race for first is far from over. BIA still has a good shot at 3rd as well, yes they dropped back but 4 points isn't a ton.
